Product Warranty

ONE THOUSAND ROADS

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Last Updated: March 2, 2026

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

One Thousand Roads LLC ("Company") warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the following periods from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser:

EWOT Products: One (1) year

Red Light Therapy Products: Three (3) years

Coverage begins on the original date of purchase as shown on your dated receipt or order confirmation. Retain your proof of purchase — it is required to make a warranty claim.

This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from One Thousand Roads or an authorized seller. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

2. What We Will Do

During the applicable warranty period, and at our sole discretion, we will do one of the following:

Repair the defective product or part;

Replace the defective product or part with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value; or

Issue a store credit or refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

It is our general practice to replace individual parts whenever reasonably possible rather than require return of the entire unit.

Warranty service requires proof of purchase (original dated receipt or order confirmation), verification of the defect, and compliance with the claim procedures described in Section 5.

Shipping costs: Unless otherwise required by applicable law, shipping, handling, packaging, return postage, and insurance costs associated with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

3. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

Commercial, rental, institutional, or business use

Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration

Use contrary to product instructions or specifications

Damage from improper electrical supply or voltage issues

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Normal wear and tear over time

Consumable or replaceable components (e.g., masks, tubing, filters, accessories) unless defective upon receipt

Damage occurring during customer handling, assembly, or maintenance

Shipping damage not reported within applicable carrier claim windows (see Section 4)

Dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse

Note: If you are unsure whether your issue is covered, contact us before returning any product. We’re happy to help assess the situation.

4. Shipping Damage

Shipping damage is handled separately from the standard warranty process and has strict reporting requirements:

Visible damage on standard parcel shipments must be reported to us within 5 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

Freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to document damage at delivery may limit or void your ability to file a damage claim.

To report shipping damage, email hello@onethousandroads.com with your order number, photos of the damage (including packaging), and a description of the issue.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Email hello@onethousandroads.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim — [Your Order Number]."

2. Include your order number and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

3. Provide a detailed written description of the defect or issue.

4. Attach photos and/or video clearly demonstrating the defect.

Account Standing: Warranty service is available for accounts in good standing. In cases of unpaid balances, unreturned merchandise, open disputes, chargebacks, or reversals related to the product purchase, warranty service may be paused until the matter is resolved and the account is returned to good standing.

Additional requirements:

Missing parts must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.

If a return is required, products must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging.

We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving repair, replacement, or other resolution.

We will evaluate your claim and notify you of the resolution — which may include repair, part replacement, full product replacement, store credit, or refund — within a reasonable timeframe. We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 3–5 business days.

6. Limitations of Liability

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by One Thousand Roads LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty period stated above.

One Thousand Roads is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

State law notice: Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. If you reside in such a state, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
