Nice Helper for Nerve Flares

I bought the Spot just to see if it would help with these annoying nerve zaps I get in my forearm from old carpel tunnel issues. It doesn’t stop them completely, but when I hold the lite over the area for a few minutes it definitely calms things down quicker. I even paired it with EWOT, and the combo settles the flare for longer. Small device but honestly has been more useful than I expected.

Knee pain going away!!!

I have had problems with my knee since I hurt it in my early twenties. Ached for years. I have been doing EWOT for a little while and decided to add this to see if it could help. Within 2 weeks of starting using the light, I felt my progress accelerate. WIth EWOT it went from constant aching to less pain and bouts of no pain. After a couple weeks of red light I am noticing it does not bug me at all until the evening when I am tired. I am exciting to see how quickly it goes away completely. Best investments I have made, I don't want to take pain meds and I don't want to stop living. Thanks One Thousand Roads for makign such great products!

Great for face and neck

I bought this primarily for facial treatments and its perfect. The size is just right for treating my face and neck area. I use it every evening for 15 minutes and my skin looks so much better - less wrinkles, better tone, more even coloration. I think it might be helping me with sleep too. Is that a thing?

Perfect for targeted treatment

Got the Spot for a knee injury that was healing slowly. Been doing EWOT for 5 months which was helping with overall circulation and healing. The concentrated red light on my knee has really sped things up. I use it on my knee every day, usually after EWOT. I also use it on my days off of EWOT. The improvement has accelerated significantly. Also use it on my shoulder sometimes. Great for spot treating problem areas. Solid build quality and it is really bright!
