Shipping

Per our shipping policy, we use these major carriers to ship items in the USA: UPS, FedEx and USPS.  Internationally, we use a variety of different shippers based on destination and services provided. View our products.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific geographies and shipping options for select products, or free shipping sitewide.

Title to Products

Purchases of product through our site are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Shipping Timing

We stive to ship out products within five business days, but most orders are in the mail within 2-3 business days of the order being received.  In the continental USA, we use ground transportation from our warehouse centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Free Shipping

Free shipping, when offered, is only available in the continental USA, unless explicitly stated otherwise.  We use ground shipping for free shipping method.
