Refund policy

We accept unopened products for 30 days after purchase.  Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of opened products.  Please contact us for return instructions.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable items include any open products or items that are returned damaged or broken (except those that are part of an open shipping claim).

To request a return:
Call us at 817-717-1800 to request a return or email us at hello@onethousandroads.com with the Order Number and “return request” in the subject line of the email along with a brief reason for return. We will respond quickly with return instructions.

Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) will not be accepted.
